At Blue X Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of disposable and hygienic products such as nitrile gloves, masks, and other items, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used disposable products (for health and safety reasons).
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
3. Process for Returns
- Contact our customer support team at Info@bluexsupply.ca or +1 (250) 263-2691 to request a return authorization.
- Ship the unopened item(s) back to us at the address provided by our team.
- Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
